New England Seating Warranty

Seating Products

New England Seating Company warrants its manufactured seating products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, NES will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product or component determined to be defective at no cost to the customer. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cuts, tears, stains, or damage to vinyl or fabric, and scratches, gouges, or other surface damage to wood caused by customer use or handling.

Solid Wood Tables

NES warrants its solid wood tables against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from delivery under normal use. Solid wood tables require strict temperature and humidity control; failure to maintain appropriate environmental conditions may result in warping, cracking, checking, or movement and is not covered under this warranty. Exclusions include natural wood movement, finish wear, surface marking, misuse, improper care, and environmental effects.

Third Party Products

Products resold by NES but not manufactured in-house are covered exclusively by the original manufacturer’s warranty. NES makes no separate warranty, express or implied, with respect to such products.
