New England Seating Company, LLC warrants that all of their manufactured products and materials will be free of manufacturer’s defects for a period of 15 years from the date of purchase. Should any defects manifest themselves within the warranty period, New England Seating Company, LLC shall be responsible for the satisfactory repair or replacement of the items or materials found to be defective at no cost to our customer.
